Low maintenance and long lasting
A classic style for fences, pressure treated wood has been specifically prepared for durability while keeping the natural look. While pressure treated is affordable, it does tend to warp and sprinter; regular maintenance is recommended every 2-3 years. Keep in mind that we can design it in many different styles to achieve the specific look you've always wanted!
Cedar
Cedar wood for decking offers natural beauty and durability, with its rich grain pattern and resistance to decay and insects. It's dimensionally stable, meaning it won't warp or twist easily, making it suitable for variable climates like those in the GTA. Routine maintenance is recommended as well as noting that the initial colour will change as it ages.
Pressure Treated Wood
Pressure-treated wood is a popular choice for outdoor projects due to its affordability and durability. Treated with chemicals to resist decay, rot, and insect damage, pressure-treated lumber is an excellent option framing your deck. Using it for decking does come with routine maintenance. Additionally, pressure treated wood does tend to wrap and splinter over time.
